The Dalmore 12YO Sherry Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Aged for a minimum of 12 years. The first 9 years – in American white oak barrels that previously stored bourbon. The liquid is then divided into three. One part remains for the next 3 years in ex-bourbon casks, and the other two are transferred to casks that stored Matusalem Oloroso and Pedro Jimenez sherry. The aroma is of caramelized orange, ginger, raisins and honey. It has a pronounced taste of dark chocolate and ground almonds with cinnamon, and an aftertaste of sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon pie.
