Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:

90 ml Cinzano To Spritz

60 ml Aperol

30 ml Sparkling water


Instructions:

If you don't have an Aperol Spritz glass, get a white wine glass, fill it with ice, pour in the sparkling wine first, then add the Aperol and finally the soda. Mix very lightly and garnish with a slice of orange.

Ingredients:

45 ml Stolichnaya Cristall

15 ml Passoa

30 ml passion fruit puree

15 ml fresh lime

15 ml of vanilla syrup

60 ml cold champagne


Instructions:

Add all ingredients (except the champagne) to a shaker. Beat vigorously for 10-12 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add champagne and garnish with passion fruit.
