The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Another exceptional creation by Master Distiller Richard Patterson. It has a unique character, in which aristocracy and exoticism are intertwined. The first aging is in ex-bourbon barrels of American white oak. After that, the liquid is divided into two parts. One continues to age in American oak and the other in Portuguese Tawny port barrels. It is characterized by aromas of sweet cranberries, Seville oranges, juicy plums and caramel pudding. The taste is of nectarines, crème caramel, roasted chestnuts and coffee from the island of Java. With an aftertaste of ripe prunes, large raisins, red oranges and juicy cherries.
