Honey Beam
Ingredients:
50ml Jim Beam Bourbon
150 ml of soda
20 ml of fresh lemon
15 ml liquid honey
Instructions:
In a tall highball glass, pour the bourbon and honey and stir well. Add fresh lemon, ice cubes, soda and mix gently. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Double Oak Fashioned
Ingredients:
50ml Jim Beam Double Oak
10 ml maple syrup
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
Instructions:
In a mixing glass, add all ingredients, ice and two orange peels and stir. Then strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass and over a few ice cubes. Garnish with orange peel.

Ingredients:
50ml Jim Beam Black
150 ml of soda
30 ml fresh lime (1/2 fruit)
10 ml maple syrup
Instructions:
Place ice cubes in a tall highball glass and pour in the bourbon. Add fresh lime and maple syrup, mix and top up with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.
