O'ndina is a modern distilled gin, crafted in Italy using 19 botanicals.

O’ndina is made using fresh basil, citrus from Southern Italy, and a mix of other native Italian blends including juniper, sage, marjoram, thyme, and orris root. O’ndina’s basil is from Liguria, an Italian region famous for its “Grande Verde di Genova” basil variety, known for its bright, delicate, and refreshing sweetness.

O’ndina is distilled using small pot stills to create a smooth, clear liquid, free of foreshots and feints. The liquid then goes through a rectification process, traditionally applied by early 18th century liquorists, to further purify and refine the spirit.
