Littlemill Annual Release 2015

Master Blenders John Peterson and Michael Henry select just 10 of the 1989 and 1990 casks in stock, which they believe best represent the quality and style of the Littlemill Distillery. These 10 casks give birth to an exceptional 25-year-old single malt whiskey in the best Lowland style. Entering the casks at 68.5°, the distillate (first fill) is aged in a mixture of the finest American and European oak casks. Finally, before bottling there is also a stay in European Oloroso Sherry casks. The resulting slightly floral, vanilla-rich sweetness sets Littlemill apart from the Lowland malts.
